Doing nothing

In The world of #Positive #Psychology. Where people are following and trying to be positive… pushing others to be positive. This is what is my take through my work and all my learning. 

Life can be very difficult at times. There can be a lot of pressure to keep it all together,to cope up with all the demands, to be smart and beautiful,to keep smiling, to be so good and near perfect. But,we can’t have all together at all times. Sometimes we make mistakes,sometimes we are at fault,we also give up, Sometimes we don’t feel good or look our best or make things happen our way.Many a time things are not going good at all, and we feel miserable,frustrated, lonely or depressed. 

But the truth is all the feelings belong to you.

We feel lost and feel down, that feeling belongs to us. If you feel miserable — it’s yours, and no one should take it away from you.Some nice and kind people around us try to change it.. because they want to see us happy they try to cheer us up..But 

It’s important to feel your feelings. Maybe things honestly aren’t very good at all right now. Maybe you have good reasons to be depressed, and the last thing you need is someone telling you to be happy. But one thing you do need, the things you need respect and space from others to let you sit with your feelings. 

You don’t always need a cheerleader,or someone to advice you, but just someone to simply to listen, to be there with you , acknowledging where you actually are, and how you really feel. Real problems can’t be fixed with a motivational poster, a positive quote. But a warm hug or rub on a back without a word can do wonders. When you are in your pain, it does not matter how intrinsically special you are, or how beautiful life is, or how precious each moment is — if you don’t accept and respect your suffering, it isn’t going anywhere. Submit to your pain; surrender to your feelings don’t suppress your feelings of pain and agony. If you can sit with your feelings , listen to yourself and be with your feelings — in some time you will move on.Now that you have acknowledged and accepted the feelings… they will pass….
